   1987 yılında, bölücü terör örgütü PKK ile Ermeniler arasında bir anlaşma yapılmıştır. Söz konusu anlaşmanın hükümleri şunlardır: 

   1. Ermeniler PKK terör örgütü içinde eğitim faaliyetlerinde bulunacaklar

   2. PKK terör örgütüne her yıl için adam başına 5.000 ABD Doları ödenecek

   3. Ermeniler küçük çaplı eylemlere katılacaklar.


   Yapılan bu anlaşmanın akabinde, örgüt içerisinde, Ermeniler'in sivrilmeleri üzerine, PKK - ASALA ilişkilerinden sorumlu Hermez Samurouyan adlı şahısla birlikte 18 Nisan 1990 tarihinde yapılan toplantıda şu kararlar alınmıştır:

   1. PKK ve ASALA terör örgütlerinin artık ortak yönetilecektir

   2. Türkiye'de güvenlik kuvvetlerine yönelik eylemlerde istihbaratı Ermeniler yapacak

   3. Muhtemel devrimden sonra elde edilen topraklar eşit olarak bölüşülecek

   4. Kamp masraflarının % 75'ini Ermeniler karşılayacak

   5. Türkiye'deki metropol şehirlerde eylemler yapılacak

   An agreement was concluded between the separatist terror organization PKK and Armenians in 1987:

   Following are the highlights of this agreement: 

   1. Armenians will be involved in training activities within the PKK terror organization.

   2. Five thousand American Dollars per annum will be paid to the PKK terror organization per capita by the Armenian side.

   3. The Armenians will participate in the small-scale operations.

 
   As the Armenian component began to acquire a significantly elevated position within the organization as a result of this agreement, the following resolutions were adopted in a meeting held on 18 April 1990 with a person named Hermes Samurai, reported to be the official responsible for the PKK-ASALA relations: 1. The PKK and ASALA terrorist organizations will be under a joint command from that date on. 2. The Armenians will undertake intelligence work on the Turkish security forces. 3. Territories gained through the expected revolution will be equally shared between the parties. 4. Seventy-five percent of training camp expenses will be borne by the Armenians. 5. Operations will be conducted at the metropolitan cities in Turkiye.
